Our task was to design and build a scalable digital ecosystem that transforms the way modern teams organise, track, and complete complex tasks.
To deliver this, we built the Senori Platform a structured, AI‑driven task journey engine enabling teams to visualise, automate, and complete workflows with confidence. Designed to support high-growth start-ups and global teams alike, Senori helps users stay aligned, avoid bottlenecks, and boost execution speed through a single cohesive platform.
AI‑Enhanced Task Journeys
Senori allows teams to define and automate repeatable processes using “task journeys” visual, step-based workflows enhanced with real-time insights and intelligent prompts. This helps teams onboard faster, reduce errors, and scale operations predictable
Collaboration Layer
With built-in collaboration features like task comments, file sharing, integrations (Slack, Google Drive, GitHub), and workspace tagging, Senori becomes the central hub for operational execution. It unifies team communication with workflow, cutting down on back-and-forth and siloed work
Dashboards & Insights
Senori’s live dashboards give users a snapshot of team performance, bottlenecks, and progress against KPIs. This enables managers to course-correct quickly and maintain visibility across departments and milestones. The marketing website, built to convert both start-ups and enterprise leads, was designed to clearly communicate product value, pricing tiers, and integration benefits. The architecture supports long-term scaling across multiple buyer personas and team sizes.
UI/UX Design
We designed clean, modern interfaces for busy operators, founders, and workflow designers. Using Figma, we ran collaborative design sprints with the Senori team to prototype key flows including onboarding, workspace setup, and journey editing. Continuous testing and iteration allowed us to fine-tune clarity, speed, and consistency across screens.
Website Development
Built with Next.js and ShadCN UI components, the Senori marketing site is fully responsive, SEO-optimised, and lightning-fast. Modular content sections allow for easy updates to features, pricing, and customer stories.
